Since 2022, our work was grounded in the understanding that many of today’s healthcare behavioral challenges, burnout, disengagement, poor adherence, new custom behavioral health program implementation, change management and workplace conflict, are not solely operational issues, but behavioral and systemic ones. We address these challenges by integrating behavioral science into everyday healthcare operations, leadership structures, and patient engagement models.
Leadership
The firm is led by Tawana McCou M.S., President and Behavioral Health Psychology Specialist & Consultant. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, including clinical support roles, leadership, and organizational management, she brings a unique perspective that bridges frontline experience with advanced behavioral science.
Her background includes:
- Extensive experience in healthcare operations and leadership environments
- Advanced training in health psychology, organizational psychology and behavioral health
- Specialization in organizational health, workforce dynamics, chronic/behavioral health integration and behavioral systems
- Completing doctoral training in Psychology (PsyD) - Behavioral Health Leadership
- Master Certified Executive Leadership Coach
Her work has been shaped by direct exposure to real-world challenges within healthcare settings, including workplace stress, leadership dysfunction, and gaps in behavioral support systems. These experiences inform a practical, systems-oriented approach to solving complex organizational problems.
